What services are included in the rate at Las Islas Hotel?


The rate includes accommodation and buffet breakfast at Tía Coco restaurant. The following complimentary activities and services are offered, subject to availability and weather conditions:

  • Astronomical tour.
  • Transfer to the private island “Isleta” (subject to availability).
  • Use of snorkeling equipment, kayak, and paddleboard.

Other services are available at an additional cost and will be charged to the room account.

How can I check availability and make a reservation?
You can check availability and make reservations through:

Reservations hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

What transportation options does the hotel offer?


Hotel Las Islas offers several transportation options to reach the property, depending on your needs:

  • Boat transfers.
  • Car transfers.
  • Helicopter transfers (require prior reservation and confirmation).

What are the cancellation policies?

Flexible Rate

  • Cancellations or modifications up to 10 days before arrival: no penalty.
  • Cancellations or modifications less than 10 days before arrival: charge of 1 night as penalty.
  • No Show: charge of 1 night.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and the conditions in effect at the time of the request.

Non-Refundable Rate

  • Any cancellation, modification, or No Show will incur a 100% accommodation penalty.
  • No refunds or rescheduling are offered, except where required by law.

High Season

  • Flexible rates do not apply during these dates.
  • A minimum stay of two nights per reservation is required.


What accommodation options are available?


Accommodation options include:

  • Land bungalows with private pool: Some are located within the hotel, and 10 are located in our second complex on “Isleta.”
  • Grand Tree-Top Bungalows: Up to 4 adults, two separate rooms with a shared jacuzzi.
  • Grand Sea-Level Bungalow with private pool: Up to 4 guests, two separate rooms, each with a private bathroom.
  • Grand Family Bungalow with private pool: Two floors, capacity for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
  • Connecting Bungalows (#21 and #22): One with a pool and the other with a pool and jacuzzi.

Children under 12 years old may stay with their parents in the Grand Sea-Level and Grand Family Bungalows. Discover all our accommodations here.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

  • Check-in: 3:00 p.m.
  • Check-out: 12:00 noon.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. If you would like to guarantee these services, booking an additional night is recommended.


Is the hotel pet-friendly?


Yes, Hotel Las Islas is pet-friendly. A bowl and bed are provided during the stay for an additional fee. Please check rates with the reservations agent at: +57 (601) 3442704.

Can events be organized at the hotel?
Yes, the hotel offers event services and spaces, including:

  • Logistics.
  • Photographers.
  • Decoration.
  • Musicians.

However, events with music are not allowed unless 100% of the rooms are booked. Please check the events brochure on our website.


How are site inspection visits managed?
