Pet Policies

Hotel Las Islas allows pets of guests to enter its facilities, to stay in the guest's room and some social areas of the hotel. 

Pets are admitted subject to hotel availability and upon payment of an administrative admission fee. 

GENERAL CONDITIONS 

The following pets will be admitted to the Hotel: 

 ▪ Dogs 

 ▪ Cats 

Per registered room will be allowed max: 

 ▪ One (01) pet with no weight limit or. 

 ▪ Two (02) pets up to 13 kg each. 

Potentially dangerous canine specimens, these breeds being defined in accordance with Article 126 of the National Code of Police and Coexistence (Law 1801 of 2016) must wear a muzzle while outside the assigned room. 

Letter of responsibility, terms and conditions. At the time of check-in at the front desk, guests must sign a Letter of responsibility, terms, and conditions, for each pet that enters the hotel. This letter makes the guest responsible for their pet and in it the guest voluntarily assumes responsibility for it, respecting the rules of the hotel and the "Pet Friendly" spaces, as well as financially assuming for any damage and prejudice that their pet may cause to the hotel.
